Contest Rules

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Milwaukee, LLC d/b/a 1250 WSSP (collectively, the “Station” or “WSSP”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specifically contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130 during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.sportsradio1250.com . To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.
How to Enter/How to Win

1. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

2. From 5am on Monday, April 21, 2008 through 11:59pm on Thursday, April 24, 2008, to enter call the WSSP Soundoff line at 414-448-2162 and “sound off” (rant/rave about a team, player, coach, game, event) at anytime (24/7). First and last name of entrant as well as daytime telephone number must also be left at the time of the sound off (either prior to or immediately following). “Sound offs” must not exceed :60 in length (if they do, Station will only listen to the first 60 seconds). Any foul language will be bleeped out prior to airing, if aired. All times mentioned are CST.

3. After listening to all the entries, sixteen (16) “Sound offs” will be selected by two or more judges select by Station (which may include Station employees) on Monday, April 28, 2008 based on any lawful criteria Station deems desirable, including, without limitation, audibility, entertainment value, and whether the sound off falls within the :60 time limitation.

4. The sixteen (16) “semi-finalists” will be notified by phone on starting April 29th between the hours of 8am and 8pm of when they will need to call a specific telephone number back with a additional soundoff. At that time, the semi-finalists will also be given a specific soundoff topic that their additional soundoff should be focused on. Station will determine these topics in their sole discretion and will not be required to assign (and in fact will not assign) the same topic to all of the semi-finaliusts. Only (2) attempts will be made to notify each of the sixteen (16) semi-finalists. NO Voice messages will be left. If a semi-finalist can not be reached after two (2) attempts on that date the initial semi-finalist will be disqualified from further participationin this contest and the Station will select an alternate “semi-finalist,” who will be selected and notified of the date and time they will need to call back in order to participate in the next round in accordance with the procedures described above.

5. Each of the sixteen (16) semi-finalist “new” soundoffs (based on the topics assigned to them) will be randomly matched up with another semi-finalist “new” “sound off”. Semi-finalists may not do a sound-off on any subject other than the topic they were assigned by Station and are not entitled to any complaint or appeal to Station if they do not like the topic assigned to them or if they would have preferred or think that they would have performed better if one of the other topics had been assigned to them. Semi-finalists will have until Noon on April 30, 2008 to leave their soundoff on the designated phone line and must CLEARLY state their name, address and phone number before beinging their sound-off.

SEMI-FINALISTS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO AVOID USING ANY FOUL OR POTENTIALLY INDECENT LANGUAGE, NAMING ANY NON-PUBLIC PERSON OR COMPANY WITH PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMTAION (LIKE LAST NAME, TOWN, OR PLACE OF BUSINESS), OR MAKING ANY POTENTIALLY DEFAMATORY STATEMENTS -- FAILURE TO DO SO COULD RESULT, IN STATION’S SOEL DISCRETION, IN THE EDITING OF YOUR ENTRY AS STATION SEES FIT OR COMPLETE DISQUALIFIATIUON FROM ANY FURTHER PARTICIPATION IN THIS CONTEST.

7. “Soundoffs” semi-finalist rounds will be posted and voted on via on line at www.sportsradio1250.com (edited as deemed necessary for Station in the event of any potential indecency, personally identifcable information about a private person, defamation concerjns or any other reason the Station determines requires editing in Station’s sole discretion). This will be a single elimination tournament. If a semi-finalist (during any round) fails to call the soundoff line as instructed to do so on the proper day they were assigned or fails to do a soundoff on the assigned topic for that round or is disqualified for any other reason, they will be disqualified and the person that they were scheduled to sound-off against will automatically move on to the next round. If neither semi-finalist calls in for a particular round or are disqualified for any reason, both will be eliminated.

a. Round 1: Round 1 voting will take place on April 30th. Listeners will be encouraged to vote on-line at www.sportsradio1250.com which of each pairing of “sound-offs” should “win” the current match-up by clicking on the “Soundoff” graphic on the home page on April 30th from at 2pm through 11:59pm only. The “winner” of each matchup will be the one of the two paired soundoff competitors with the most votes. In the event of a tie, the Station will select which of the two paired soundoffs it deems to be the best (in Station’s sole discretion basef on any lawful cirterea it deems desireable). The “winner” of each matchup will be posted on wwww.sportsradio1250.com by Noon on Thursday, May 1st and will be notified by phone between Noon-6pm on May 2nd with their new “soundoff” topic in the event that they elect to participate in the next round. Only (2) attempts will be made to notify each of the eight (8) finalists. NO Voice messages will be left and the procedures described above in Sections 4, 5 and 6 will apply, except that no alternates will be sought.

b. Round 2: The eight (8) winners of Round 1 will have the opportunity to participate in Round 2. As described in subsection (a) above, these Round 1 finalists will be assigned a new topic and will have until Noon on May 3, 2008 to leave a new sound-off on the topic assigned to them on May 2nd. Round 2 will take place on May 5, 2008. Listeners will be encouraged to vote on-line at www.sportsradio1250.com which of each pairing of Round 2 “sound-offs” should “win” the current match-up by clicking on the “Soundoff” graphic on the home page on May 5th from at 2pm through 11:59pm only. The “winner” of each matchup will be the one of the two paired soundoff competitors with the most votes. In the event of a tie, the Station will select which of the two paired soundoffs it deems to be the best (in Station’s sole discretion basef on any lawful cirterea it deems desireable). The “winner” of each matchup will be posted on wwww.sportsradio1250.com by Noon on Thursday, May 6th and will be notified by phone between Noon-6pm on May 7th with their new “soundoff” topic in the event that they elect to participate in the next round. Only (2) attempts will be made to notify each of the four (4) remaining finalists. NO Voice messages will be left and the procedures described above in Sections 4, 5 and 6 will apply, except that no alternates will be sought.

(c) Round 3: The four (4) winners of Round 2 will have the opportunity to participate in Round 3. As described in subsection (a) above, these Round 3 finalists will be assigned a new topic and will have until Noon on May 8, 2008 to leave a new sound-off on the topic assigned to them on May 7th. Round 3 voting will take place on May 9, 2008. Listeners will be encouraged to vote on-line at www.sportsradio1250.com which of each pairing of Round 3 “sound-offs” should “win” the current match-up by clicking on the “Soundoff” graphic on the home page on May 9th from at 2pm through 11:59pm only. The “winner” of each matchup will be the one of the two paired soundoff competitors with the most votes. In the event of a tie, the Station will select which of the two paired soundoffs it deems to be the best (in Station’s sole discretion basef on any lawful cirterea it deems desireable). The “winner” of each matchup will be posted on wwww.sportsradio1250.com by Noon on May 9th and will be notified by phone between Noon-6pm on May 12th with their new “soundoff” topic in the event that they elect to participate in the next round. Only (2) attempts will be made to notify each of the two (2) remaining finalists. NO Voice messages will be left and the procedures described above in Sections 4, 5 and 6 will apply, except that no alternates will be sought.

(d) Round 4: The two (2) winners of Round 3 will have the opportunity to participate in a final Round 4. As described in subsection (a) above, these Round 4 finalists will be assigned a new topic and will have until Noon on May 13, 2008 to leave a new sound-off on the topic assigned to them on May 12th. Round 4 voting will take place on May 13, 2008. Listeners will be encouraged to vote on-line at www.sportsradio1250.com which of the two Round 4 “sound-offs” should “win” the contest by clicking on the “Soundoff” graphic on the home page on May 13th from at 2pm through 11:59pm only. The “winner” will be the one of the two soundoff competitors with the most votes. In the event of a tie, the Station will select which of the two paired soundoffs it deems to be the best (in Station’s sole discretion basef on any lawful cirterea it deems desireable). The “winner” of each matchup will be announced on Thursday, May 15th at approximately 5:30pm with afternoon hosts Gary and Cliff. The winner will also be notified by the Station by telephone.

8. “Winners” (grand prize or of any round) do not need to listen to WSSP at a particular time in order to win or advance to the next round. Station will contact entrants by telephone. Station is only obligated to attempt to contact entrants at the phone number provided on their initial entry voicemail. It is the sole responsibility of entrants to provide a reachable and audible daytime phone number on such entry voicemail.

9. It is the sole responsibility of entrants and round winners to call the telephone number required by Station at the designated time. Failure to do so for any reason (including, without limitation, calling a different phone number) will result in disqualification.

10. In the event that, during any round, entrants are disqualified such that rounds are uneven, Station reserves the right to either (in its sole discretion): (a) match up an odd number of “soundoffs”, (b) elect to advance any one “soundoff” winner to the next round (thereby skipping one round), (c) eliminate one or more of the rounds set forth above (in which case, round winners will be notified of such change verbally and/or by on-air announcement. The foregoing options are in addition to other provisions in these rules which may provide specific options in the event of the disqualification of any entry or entrant.

11. One (1) prize will be awarded in this contest to the winner of Round 4 (or the last round in this contest resulting in one final winner). Subject to verificationof eligibility and compliance with these contest rules the winner will receive $300.00, payable by company check within 8 weeks of verification. Grand Prize winner will be initially notified by phone by the WSSP Promotion Department to verify information and social security number. Winner will be notified via phone again once the check is available for pick-up at the WSSP studios (11800 W. Grange Avenue, Hales Corners, WI 53130).

12. SEmi-finalists and finalists in this contest are not entitled to any prize.

13. This is a game of skill. Odds of winning are not applicable.
